Intended for rooms up to 400 square meters, but the room I use is 650 square meters, so that damage to the device in any way?
What if I do it in an area of 150 square meters?

No work, just harder to manage the additional equipment, not to reduce the time. depends on the heat load. What the fiddy ballroom. buuuuuuurrr.
"Injury" is concerned that the unit to eliminate the long term, the heat of the room. and a very hot day, I could not cut very well. Work more and more expensive to operate.
I would get a 24K BTU for this space and the 12k in a small space
